Terms of Service

We guarantee that all of Lyndas artworks leave our studio in good condition, we package them with the upmost care but sometimes things break. Upon opening your order please be sure to check that there are no cracks or damage that have occurred in transit. 

If your items arrived damaged, please email sales@lyndawilson.co.nz within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the item broken and its original packaging. As Lyndas artworks are one off pieces that take many hours to create, we will evaluate the damage and replace or compensate for artworks that have been broken in transit. If a replacement is required, it will take time to remake and replace the item, and there will be variation in the design of the replacement. 

It is up to you to look after your artwork once it is in your care. 

 Items will not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
